RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hiring at All LevelsBy saying the problem lies with the ASC means that either (1) you know what the issues are, or (2) the lawyers are not following up regulary to expedite the process.  With lawyers involved there should not be more than a couple back and forth clarifications.  6 months of back and forth is not acceptable.  If this was my company I would be getting the lawyers to either press for a response or take some kind of action with the ASC for undue delay.  Given that all the filings are up to date I would have to presume that DK and Lawyers are peacemealing the information follow-ups. In  other words not providing full disclosure but instead trying to get away with half truths.
