RE:RE:RE:RE:Speculated outcome on ACB
RE:RE:RE:RE:Speculated outcome on ACBSo I am making a few assumptions here, in other parts of the world the regulations and laws are not far off what we have in Canada. CBD oils are still not but imminently will be approved for sale to the general public outside of the REC market (I think that’s were we are in Canada) CBD’s are also the subject of rigorous study by the pharmaceutical industry, if commercial pharmaceutical products come to market the CBD source product will tailored and of the highest quality. The main sources of CBD’s are from Hemp not marijuana.
On Nov. 9 ABC, will have controlling interest in Hempco, with an imminently to be installed CEO and two seats on the board ACB will be in the driver’s seat at Hempco. Last I checked Hempco has a large and secured hemp supply. We all know the best in the business for extracting THC from Marijuana is of course is RTI, safe to say CBD from Hemp is not much of a stretch. I speculate, RTI will be heavily involves in the new very large Nisku (mostly unused) Hempco facility. Nice and close to YEG and the SKY facility (coincidence?)
I think Terry Booth is a visionary beyond the recreational market. He is positioning ABC to have a hand in the Hemp industry, supplying the pharmaceutical base product and MMJ with THC oils. Even though THC oils are not approved for REC use in Canada yet, I don’t know about the rest of the world. If Terry can’t out right buy RTI he will be up against the wall and have to something BIG with RTI.
I speculate an outright purchase or an off take agreement with RTI. Now if ACB somehow mentions Hempco in the same breath with the NR on RTI look for two SP runs. I don’t short stocks, but if I did I would short ACB in the near term and go long on Hemp and RTI (both at near the highest RSI they have had and sustained as well, I think there’s been a leak). No matter what happens all three will be home runs in 2 to 4 years.
