You are not wrong. The numbers are not known yet it is any ones guess. A halt like this is a biggy. Seen them before, at one time ove a week. My opinion is that the news is more extensive and the regulators have to go over it and verify. My thoughts are that the news is huge and positive. I could be wrong but why would there be a halt on bad news?
