RE:RE:What's going on with this Stock?

RE:RE:What's going on with this Stock?OK we all seem to pretty much agree that there is something very wrong with the manner that HSE is treating minority shareholders. Can we try to nail down the reasons and come up with solutions/options? Q1. Shares of HSE are purposely being kept well below real value because.....? A1. Q2 Given this situation minority sharteholders should......to maximize their investment or minimize their losses A2. I completely agree that something stinks badly but I am looking for solutions to get the truth out there. Being told to call them to ask is simply not constructive. It does nothing and making serious allegations on a public board is well serious in and of itself. Anyone who tells you to do this is an absolute idiot. Can anyone offer solid reasoned answers/solutions? I honestly think that A1 is: LKS has plans to take it private. Why would you want to increase share value (by reinstating div) when you will have to buy out minority shares that typically run 2-4 times than market value (if not considerably more). Abandon ship is what LKS wants minority shareholders to do (yes BoD are puppets) A2. Given this situation, minority shareholders need to hold on as LKS will have to buy them out at a high price. clear plain language please.
