How do you compete with the Pro's

How do you compete with the Pro'sAs a small retail investor how do you compete with the big guys. Stock has been on a downward cycle for a while after holding for some time in the 15-18 dollar range. Insiders buy up to two million dollars worth of TMR. Major shareholders purchase half of this PP. I guess we just hang around for the ride.
