Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

Haha! Oh boy. I'v been here in PHO going on 17 years myself pur chasing from .12 to .25 When it comes to penny stocks and their stories, it becomes a marriage! Like Rose, I have a very particular understanding of this company and it's prospects and as I have for the last 17 years, am content to simply observe events with my shares in hand.

One intriguing comment from the last MD&A was mention at one of the trade shows from a semi-con engineer that PHO had much more opportunity outside of the chamber as they currently have had on the inside. I hope they are making inroads to that effect.
