Just some thoughts about the SPHey all, just thought I would contribute some of my thoughts, especially since a notable theme is the current SP.
Quite a few people on this board seem to be disappointed with the lack of upward movement. Of course you should be, no one picks a purchase price with the idea that the SP would be a better bargain down the road. But my investing philosophy is to pick a company that I feel is undervalued based on a variety of factors, but to me the most enticing factor is the growth potential that I see in a company.
Why did I invest in Tetra? Because I genuinely feel that their approach to receive a DIN number for PPP001 or Rx Princeps is an absolute home run. Let me preface by saying I've invested heavily in this burgeoning marijuana industry for only a year and a bit, and like many others who have been around for that timeline, I have seen some returns that would make any casual investor feel envious. And I'll admit that this quick growth that most LPs have experienced caught me a bit off guard. I was always optimistic, but I had also tempered my expectations as I do with any investment that I make. But perhaps this "green boom" has set an unfortunate precedent. The expectation is, invest some money today and watch your money grow. But if the stock market were that easy, we would all be quitting our day jobs.
But going back to why I invested in Tetra. This is from a news release posted almost a year ago now. "Currently, there is only limited safety or efficacy information, if any, derived from well-controlled clinical trials available to physicians to adequately assess the benefits and risks of prescribing medical marijuana. Dr. Luc Vachon, President of the CAB commented: the members of the CAB are very pleased and excited to be participating in a full pharmaceutical approach on the development of medical marijuana as a prescription drug. The members expressed that the clinical development plan used by PPP - supported by a formal regulatory path - will help generate the type of clinical information required by physicians." I've stated this before, but I genuinely believe that by standardizing dosage and having clinical evidence of its efficacy it will be a gamechanger as a second or third line of therapy for cancer, HIV, and other various intense ailments. This is what skeptical doctors may be willing to prescribe as an alternative to opioids, something that lawmakers and the general public have already begun to scrutinize as the mainstream media has spotlighted the "war on opioids" in recent times.
TL;DR: The timing and the novelty of what TBP is doing with regards to PPP001 or Rx Princeps is incredibly unique and valuable. And if you're an investor in this company because of this, then stay the course.
