How about this storm:  stop whining+find a controlling jv partner/buyout+get rid of management+complete final feasibility+submit permit applications+complete EIS+commit to ROD and permit terms+complete bankable+get funding+complete construction within budget+produce metals at a profit+be a responsible miner+minimize impact to environment+reclaim and close site.
