RE:Questions

RE:QuestionsMiner what a great question, all anyone can give you is an opinion on why that happens.   Here is mine .............

- their are millions of investers with many styles
- one cannot apply their own logic to truly understand why others do what they do
- some people panic and they just follow the crowd
- computerized trading put a whole new dimension into the market
- many do not have the patience to wait they want instant profit, get rich quick mentality
- market manipulation
-investors playing with money they do not have or cannot afford to have in the market
-large share holders or institutions changing porfolios
-world events
-world commodity prices
-some day traders cash out at end of each trading day
-some technical traders do not even look at fundamentals
-there are thousands of stocks out there and people see bigger upsides  elsewhere

Bottom line is every investor has the right to make their own decision and those decisions are always going to differ.  If one is going to invest in one company or one sector then there is going to be ability for high returns and there is going to be the risk of high losses.   No matter how much we believe in the copper story and for some very good reasons there are many key moving parts and if one of those parts gets damaged the engine does not perform properly or quits running all together.

Everyone of us who invests in any single company or commodity is at a high risk.

None of us really know what the market is going to do tomorrow,  we just give it our best guess based on what information we can get our hands on.  Even then sometimes we only believe the information that lines up with our own thinking and discard the rest...........Every penny I have in the market I know can be lost,  of course I do not think that is going to happen or I would not have put it there in the first place.

Our investments are only worth what they are trading at any given moment,  not what we or anyone else thinks they should be worth.     All the rest is just a form of gambling.

Just my two bits...........g
