Not sure if this the correct.  Just my 2 cents. 

Is it 27,560,436 shares of MagMinerals... which is 100% by MagIndustries Corp?  We own part of MagIndustries Corp. (760-800 Million shares)

Maybe this is why they put an Organizational Chart in the document.
