Marcato and Sachem

Marcato and SachemThese guys are aggressive activists and both protgs of Bill Ackman of Pershing Square Capital.  I think these guys are bang on pursuing a sale of the company.  With a company relatively flat in growth this is the best option for shareholders IMO.  I think we could see some interesting news over the next few months such as insertion of new board members to influence change.  I bought into this thesis as I disagree with Scotiabank in regards to lack of premium over the current price considering how much EFN has sold off over the past 6 months.  Most of the downside is gone here with nothing but upside to look forward to.  Cheers
