1. China’s ultimate goal is to displace America as the worlds #1 economic power
2. To do that, it must weaken the US dollar, currently used worldwide as the worlds defacto petrocurrency
3.That can be achieved by reducing the worlds demand for oil, which America controls globally
4. Best way to do that is convert automobiles from ICE to EV
5. Hence, China’s positioning as a EV superpower
6. The best way for America to counter the Chinese strategy is to implement “Buy America”
7. To the extent that the military is vulnerable to Chinese control of supply, America must develop its own rare earth mining assets to support its military and civilian battery needs ASAP
