A competent management team would have started preparing the arbitration monetary demand once it was announced. It should have been progressing during the negotiation process with the CS. However, that may be too much to ask of our old incompetent board. I fear it is only now geing formulated but the new board must have a sense of urgency about it.

There is a short window of time where the effect of the announcement will bear fruit. My hope is the announcement occurs within the next month. Minesa and the government must come to the realization that EOM is now serious about arbitration. Anna's proclamations that EOM was broke did nothing to help us. The opposition must come to the reality that those days are over and EOM is fully funded to see arbitration to it's conclusion.
