RE:RE:RE:Namibia moneyemile33, if you look up DMR on Stockwatch it shows both press releases, the press release from the 13th clearly states the sale has closed.  This PR is filed on Sedar.  The PR from the 18th is not on Sedar, but states the TSXV has accepted for filing the sale.

They have the money.

As of now Netolitsky appears to no longer be involved, but someone still need to find a project.
