RE:RE:RE:Went to the lift expo Sorry what I wrote was poorly worded, was talking dollars, total of 3.3 mil dollars so 6,6mil shares, from what I understand CSE allows for up to 10% over allotment of shares.  The majority of the people were in early on the pp and they wanted it closed fully funded but didn't want to keep the initial large investors wanting, so now all we are waiting on is to close up to 450k$(or less) left.  So total pp at max is 6.6mil shares of which 5.7mil  have already closed.
