Board - thoughts on PEA ?

Initial view is that market has accepted it and it has traded huge volume today (very good sign)

On the down side - huge CAPEX and large OPEX than expected. With CAPEX comes dilution into the calculation - especially on translating it into CDN dollars.

Would expect upgrades in next 48 hours from analyst. Which analyst cover this stock ?
