RE:RE:RE:SignalI have have been involved in two other biotech’s that were on the verge of success, and the CEO refused to purchase any shares by shelling out his own clams. In both cases the FDA decision was that the trial was not comprehensive enough (too few subjects) to warrant Approval, and the limited number of subjects in the suspect trials were possibly predetermined to show drug success, due to their health history.
Surely this couldn’t be #3.
I sincerely doubt it, and I really think we will get Approval and next year this time all this will be a terrible memory, with the sp over $4 and future looking bright, and maybe even a bidding war to take us out.
But I am full of Fear/Anxiety/Doubt. Why doesn’t he just put his money where his mouth is, without it having to be on some low priced options. Let’s see him spend $50k-$100k and still buy for less than 40% of my cost.

The last time the CEO bought on the open market. Has that ever happened?

You are perfectly right Staghorn, that will be a big signal and shorts are also aware of it. For my part I will get advantage of these low price. all of those who are selling now will be kicking themselves. last time we had a .50 pop in one day but now with less risk we will probably see a 1.50 pop and it will only be the beging. those who are selling now don't understand 2 things..1- the science and market opportunity and 2- the game shorts are playing. Trade safely my friends!!
