RE:OGI was in court last monthExcellent sleuthing DonnieAzoff.  The docket refers to a "Dawn Rae Downton".  She was quoted in news articles related to the tainted product (https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scotia/medical-marijuana-cannabis-health-canada-random-testing-1.3971601).

The proposed class action lawsuit is being led by law firm Wagners so I suspect the reference to "WL Case Management" refers to Wagners Law and the court session was related to certifying the case as being a class action.

Will be interesting to watch the developments on this front!
