How do the Trek warrants work?

I've never bought warrants before but need your advice:

1) If I buy 2000 warrants @ 0.24, that means I spend $480.
2) If Trek goes to 3.00, I can sell my warrants for $6000 (2000warrants x $3).

Is there anything I'm missing?
