RE:RE:RE:CLOSEPoint taken I'm pushing the panic button a little bit especially without knowing the revenues from Chalice farms but if they are asking for a private placement it's safe to say that they need money to deal with debt and or for future growth.  Without the PP being closed I'm not sure how the company will move forward but to answer your question the sooner the better.
