The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Those $25 M shares were a private placement (Institutional) cost $0.62/s and will highly unlikely be sold when freed up. There were no warrents attached at a set price.
