On the toolbar at the top of his screen he needs to hit the button that says "Page".
Then he needs to hit the button that says "Compatibility View Settings".
A little box will come up and he then needs to hit the button that says "ADD".
After that his posts should be a little easier to read. He will also need to repeat this process each time he logs in.
