RE:Getting over $5 is the aim.It's not that institutes cannot own the stock because its below "5.00$," it's because many they still see too much risk and volatility to drop tens of millions into companies that are difficult to evaluate. There's a major difference. Imagine buying in 20 million and having to stomach -20% only weeks later. Institutes generally keep on the safe side. The money will come eventually..

  That said, in the very long run it's hard to see how a company that relies on a Canadian growing season (or expensive under glass production) can compete with places that have warm climates and 3 crops per year. Still, the trend is your friend, so I'm adding a bit here and there.
  Also, cudo to Canada for recognising that legalization is the way to go. What with universal health care and all, boy this is one GREAT place to live! GLTAL
