Clemiss is a recorded SEDI insider for 5 companies of different dates and lengths from 2007 - 2016. They were Cruz, Halio, Alliance, Makena & Spearmint. Check their history out! (it's sad). Glemiss is still an insider with YD ydreams which seems to be his best success story about $1.00 / share down to about 25 cents a share. Clemiss was a SEDI recorded insider for HUA Huaxing which had a TSX venture exchange cease trade order for failing to file the documents indicated within the required time period - does not trade anymore. Wonder the options handed out in these companies, anybody know? I could take some time and look into it...when lots of options are given out; it can help increase volume selling them but you need a story and you get to keep the money from the sold options.
