ArtemisWhen you look at australian trading of these small stocks it is apparent that at least 75% is driven by ultrashort term considerations of a few hours related to a news release .When thier is a news release things suddenly pick up and there there is a sell off .
Second it is beginning to get into the summer months in this area and it gets very hot ,likely this will slow things down .If you watch Aussie gold hunters which is a fun show ,they shut down prospecting with metal detectors because it gets too hot .
Third the material through which they are drilling to get bulk samples is obviously very hard and I imagine will take some time to drill a hole and then even more time to analyse what they have or havent found .
So it seems likely that all these companies are going to struggle now to produce significant news releases to satisfy this very short term trading pattern .
Its pretty apparent that a lot of niave investors have rushed into these plays with little experience of investing in ultraspeculative small mining stocks .
I have been watching Mustang resources on the aussie exchange which is the topic most posted about on hotcopper with hundreds of postings each day ,its all turned into a bust for now with a lot of people loosing money .
