Phase I Dominion Facility" which implies that the 7,100 sq. ft. is only the first part of what will eventually be an expanded facility. Through the information I shared before you can find hints that they are planning a 43k sq. ft. phase II expansion at the same facility.
Once Phase II is complete they will have approximately 50k sq. ft. at the Dominion Facility and 22,580 sq. ft. at The Future Lab.
Again, patience is the key here, we will need to wait for all of this to come to fruition. This kind of stuff takes more than a few weeks to make happen. I am confident they have a master plan executing on it slowly but surely. I can't do more than wait at this point. If you don't want to wait then by all means sell your shares and possibly miss out on the next news release.
I sold some shares the day before the last News Release about the Future Lab came out and I'm not going to make that mistake again. I've decided that I'm in this for the long haul and not going to bother trying to swing trade the ups and downs.
