WeWork deal

WeWork dealPresumably this blows up WeWork deal if HBC is forced into this since they are effectively selling them 20% of the company for 12.42. Not a bad thing since there would be all sorts of buyers for the L&T HDQs. The best I can figure HBC would net cash of 5 to 6/shr in the Kaufhof deal (using numbers in news reports and considering real estate is in Simon JV). If WeWorks like the real estate they’ll cut another deal anyway.

if this his bid is for real, Bakers won’t have much control of events considering the company sells for  third of their own estimate of real estate value.
