Some people seem to forget that the new money will be used to advance the project which will create value which should offset the effects of further dillution. Also, if the management does not 'create dillution' by selling more shares, where do you suggest they get the money to go forward and avoid bankruptcy??? Can you pull money out of your butt? No one has provided me with a viable alternative to financing the project. All I read is whiny complaints and no solutions. You people are boring.

If you don't like the project, sell your shares and go away!
