The list that follows is from the last PP.... this are all employees or directors of BGM... the actual NR lists them in detail. Why would this guys invest thier personal funds in BGM if they are expecting a small premiuim. Surely thye would just buy Osisko shares if this is just going to folded into the big player. It confuses me!!
These monies they invested aren't chump change even for the CEO and other officers...and given that they are more in the know than you or I, can it not be reasonably assumed that they are looking at a decent return. Significantly better than you are trying to portray. I think so!
