Same thing for CIBC - can't add payee.  You'd think they'd make it easy to transfer funds, but it's a pita right now;  No CC, no Paypal, no e-transfer, and can't add them as Payee.

Anyway, I was given their general account info and told to to send a wire (and somehow they would figure out which NetCenst account to credit).

However, when i went to do this, the teller said i was nuts to pay for that (since it was the same bank chain - CIBC) and I was able to transfer funds direct to their CIBC account instead.

Once the funds are loaded, then it is an easy and immediate process.
