Yes, the 50.1% theory has been thrown around for a few weeks, I believe it would circumvent the ACMPR rules to allow RTI to start producing under ACB's Oil licence right away and move RTI forward approx 9 months since they're not expecting it until the summer.

The big question, if this is in fact what happens, is what the deal is priced at as a premium to current prices.
