WeWork literally getting L&T property for free

WeWork literally getting L&T property for freeThey are receiving over something like 55M shares worth 35 for 12.42 and have liquidation preference at a third of NAV to protect them.  Almost exactly compensates for what they are laying out for the building.  It is a horrible, boneheaded proposal. I am surprised Land and Buildings hasn’t pointed it out graphically.

Board of Directors has obviously been mesmerized by the WeWork mojo.  These things usually take care of themselves in the end. Stock is grossly undervalued.   It’s a “retailer” and nothing more as far as the market is concerned.
