This is why I would never call or write the company. I would be left wondering, is the statement I  highlighted dumb or a con?
 
Personally I would expect shareholders would want to know gross sales. That to me would be high among the first things to want to know. I have to ride with a big 'Q' mark over that letter. I am left to think gross sales are rather bleak or non existent or they would have been included.
