RE:RE:RE:RE:Why would RTI want to go exclusive with ACB?
This Tabaco angle for RTI has me scratching my head. If Nicotine is removed from Tabaco wouldn't all the poisonous chemicals remain? If that’s the case where is the commercial value? Nicotine doesn’t kill smokers it’s the chemicals. If RTI can remove the chemicals, then they would be onto something.
Now ACB has found something special with RTI and the MAP technology here, quick, high quality and consistent oils, both THC and CBD. That is not really the question here, we all know that. What would benefit both RTI and ACB? I thinks it’s an Off-Take agreement. RTI will have to build a new plant probably with all of the requirements of marijuana leaf processing, with all of the security, and it would have to be done quickly and that’s not cheap. Where would RTI get that kind of cash? Would we go to PP now and wait a few months? With an Off take in hand, any bank would open the vault tomorrow. That would secure the exclusive product for ACB without any potential negative SP impacts that can come with the buyout. And it’s exactly what RTI needs to grow and keep their independence.
