I agree with you, things have been happening very slowly here. Brent seems to be a good, hard working guy, buy one has to wonder if he is the right guy to lead a publically traded company in a very fast moving market. Seems to be a trend that our peers are adding a lot of management talent from established brands like Red Bull and Molson Coors, kind of wonder if we need to look at upgrading our leadership given how slowly things have evolved and how we continue to lag our peers in terms of valuation?
