RTI............Connectin the dots

ACB owning 50.1% of Hempco, Hempco has standby agreement with growers and has huge stash of hemp ready to produce CBD oil.
Extraction of 95% of nicotine from tobacco.
Australian prime minister was with ACB officials while touring RTI plant.
Six ACB insiders participated in $69 mil offerings.
ACB intents to use net proceeds of offerings for strategic domestic growth and internation expansion.
IMHO, ACB want to acquire 50.1% and exclusive deal. RTI don't want to give up MPI tech that is why it is this long for the negotiations. JMHO!!!! Thoughts?
