No major bank will finance them and no fortune 500 will partner with them until they spin off USA investments into a separate company. Argue it all you want but time will prove me right. Why would a bank risk loaning aph when there are so many other l.p. they can support back that aren't in violation of USA federal law. Acb mari mjn are all in better position for bank loans, second mortgage and partnerships then aph is.
