Did anyone else listen too it?

I may be reading between the lines, but it sounded as if AXY has a solid pipeline, but couldn't get the long-term funding down (cost of capital too high); so they merged \ got bought out by someone who could fund the projects.

If INE can fund the projects and reduce the costs of capital, it may be not only a good dividend investment, but a growth opportunity...It will be interesting to see who INE keeps on its management team...

As long as INE can execute and can continue the dividend at the current and increasing rate I will be a happy investor.
