Summary:
UAV completed the acquisition of Pioneer last month. The acquisiton made the Pioneer captain Michael Burns the new CEO of UAV. The Pioneer deal was amended from cash to be a share issuance at 0.079 and warrants at 0.12. UAV's sub: NOVaerial began negotiating for distributorship of sensory equipment that would improve service to agriculture and resource industries, UAV then put out 2x news releases for new work contracts via Pioneer (SSR & FAVF). They also issued stock options to directors, executives, employes for shares at 0.10 (43% premium)
I'm no expert but it seems if your being acquired, becoming CEO of the acquiring company and willing to forfeit cash for shares at a price higher than market price (which by amending also keeps cash inside of the company), turning an operation profit by Q2, bringing in new work contracts and issuing options at a significant premium to market price.... well I'm no psychic but I'd bet that they probably know a thing or two we don't.
This can go sideways bouncing between 0.06 to 0.08 for the rest of 2017 for all I care.,, UAV is just getting started. #2018$$
