Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

beyond crunching the numbers which Tim does very well there's also the common sense approach. You cant take a future sp and deduct the dilution of the deal and count it as a loss vs raising when the sp reached those levels or not raising at all. You are assuming the sp and mcap would have been on the same trajectory without the deal being done but the markets reaction to the deal has already shown this is faulty logic. What ever the sp is at in the future this deal and the money raised in the process will have played a key part in getting it there. So why would you assume the sp would be at $100 either way.... It could be at $40 without the deal and $120 with the deal.... Your method of backing out is fuccking retarded. Your basically saying the deal has no value the money raised won't compound in revenue, our partners will add no value, the positive sentiment from the market has no value and is unfounded. Well im glad the aphria board knows better then the rest of the market you dumb fuccks! Read more at https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=t.weed&postid=26905860#bYuVSbyi0xUS0woy.99
