Every interested bidder when he seeks a JV! Perfect! see how easy it would be. Frosty is not the only smart fish in the pond, just very aware of an EXCELLENT opportunity. An open bidding process will get more than a private deal with an opportunist. Hey, i have nothing against opportunists, but if and when my stuff is being undervalued, if and when my stuff is being shipped out the door at bargain basement prices, when far better prices can be got by a different strategy, well hey boys, This is not a happy camper :(( and neither should u.

Not hard.. yeah like the Japan one.
Id put more in this asap if Roger announced that our financials were 100% secured moving forwards

You have just described the terms of a prudent JV type of deal. Of course that is the ideal.

Hi,Mac man, the open bid style process is great, every side would have a chance to bid for the decent 10% of the future holding, that's pretty fair. Even the basement boys 'boss is allowed to join the public bids if it can afford and lucky enough not being kicked out by higher biders. That is called fair play, right. I know RW has Stockholm Syndrome, he would love the last round former rapers (the last round PPP parrtner ) to join in with the party. But , to start a public bids process well fits the fair play spirit. Indeed, your advice of a open bids process is a great idea.
