RE:Interesting. Yes was interesting   including a few tidbits.

   "Toby Chu:     Yes. We are earning about $0.07 as reported on the Q3 and $0.11 toward the end of this year. Our year-end is fiscal August 31, 2017."

   Guess this will be included in year end financials.   11 cent earnings  could easily be worth $2.00 at a 20 PE  ratio. not high for a growth company.

     Also  1st quarter earning will  be pretty sweet with large capital gain.

    "Coming this quarter, one of the projects was delayed because of a construction delay, and they will be rolling in the fourth property at about Q1, which is now we’re into Q1. Close to about $40 million in costs, current appraised value is $87 million."

   Pretty fair gain of $40 odd million

   If someone has any idea why share price will not be significantly higher lets here it.
