I think PTE sellers are selling PTE to chase the Blockchain fever stocks. Eventually those sellers will have to come back once Blockchain fever reach a point. In Oct, PTE has a received the largest order to date, I believe their business will only get better and better. Anything below 90c for PTE is definitely a bargain.
