I also agree that the acquisition is still on the table. The company has been trying to move the stock up past ten cents to do a private placement to raise the badly needed funds. That is why there is a wall at ten cents. If they can get a few million more shares to trade in the 9 to 10 cent level we should finally be able to hear about a pp. Without it, i doubt they will be able to pull off the aquistion as WTX wouldn't want to receive only shares in a company undercapitilized.
