I can rob someone for 50 pounds and sell them for $500 each and make a killing.... further more you said dispensaries are selling for $8 a gram, I bet they also have some in the $10 range up to $15... every dispensary I've been in had stuff that was $10+ so price point to customer is not under $2. I guarantee you that was bunk outdoor or someone got robbed.
