RE:cgc's cost per gram
cost per gram isn't that great of a tool it's a factor but what if weed grown at a higher cost per gram yields a better product with a higher selling point allowing for better margins or a product that has more thc/cbd w/e content. If I can grow weed for $1 A gram it might appears more efficient then growing for $2 A gram but what if the $2 production allows you to grow a plant that produces 3x the desired compound per gram where its cbd/thc etc. You would have to grow 3 grams at a cost of $3 to produce the same amount as my single $2 gram. Make no mistake the more control of environments and inputs you have the more desirable the final product will be to your needs. There is a balance between cog's and optimization of inputs and environment but just say low cog's = better production platform isn t a given. If the final product is equal yes lowest cog's when but if it's not you have to balance quality with cog's to reach optimal grow platform.
