RE: Gold & Geo Agenda...hax, there are pluses and minuses from a December start date. It does give GEO a good run up to spot problems prior to full production, but December in any Latin country is pretty much shot in the butt. They take those X-Mass holidays pretty seriously and nopt a lot of work gets done till January. I would suspect that December production will be tiny as a consequence, with more fullsome production coming in at the Begining of the year. THe Dec start will provide cross checks that all systems are go and ready for that full run in January, without losing sleep till after the new year.
