RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Patent declared not valid. They should sue for legal costs.  Otherwise no repercussions for patent trolls who have full time lawyers filing lawsuits against anyone who they have even the slighest chance of winning, or just looking for a settlement fee to "go way".
