Positive sector moves

Positive sector movesEXN will probably lag due to the effect of the PP, but I'm betting more upside than down from here.  Silver and the miners are way behind the rest of the commodity sector (and PMs lagging as well) but so far today's action has been positive.  If it holds into EOD it will be a great sign.
