They have way more equity investment in projects then they used to have, they have converted alots of loan in equity in the past. It's pulling down the bottom line and the profit will be low until they recognize some gain of value on these assets. I think they do it once a year in the annual.

Also the volatility of the USD/CAD has been affecting the Net income since they started to invest in the US.

I see a bright futur for this companie, i think it is quite cheap at this price if you look at the Price to book ratio.
